1. Are restocks available?
Yes, we do restock our abayas. Restocks depend on availability and may be limited.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently only ship within the UK, with international shipping launching soon.
3. Can I customise an abaya?
Unfortunately, custom pieces are not available.
4. How should I care for my abaya?
We recommend gentle hand washing or dry cleaning, and do not tumble dry to preserve the fabric and shape.
5. Can I exchange or return my abaya?
No returns are accepted unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
6. Delivery time
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all deliveries. Standard delivery typically takes 2–3 business days, depending on your location.
